What We Do

The Analysis / Diagnostic Phase or Review 

Beginning with a diagnostic review phase, our role is primarily to engage our client’ staff members and enroll them into the possibility of achieving a positive change. During this time, we collect relevant and quantifiable data on current and past performance. In this phase, we use ‘lean thinking’ tools and techniques that are appropriate to the culture of our client’s organisation to meet the objectives of the review. These tools and techniques fall into 4 broad categories:

• Communication • Diagnostic • Evaluation, and • Problem solving
